Hello from Alabama!

Hi guys! I was first made aware of this site thank to bigkahuna, whom I met on another online community. I'm descended from Scottish Lowlanders, Highlanders and Irish immigrants to the US (among others) and am heavily interested in my Celtic heritage, which includes kilts on the Highland side of the family. I don't know how much I'll be posting, I'm not sure I know enough to be able to contribute. But I am very interested in learning.

It's appreciated! Presqu'ile looks like French to me. Am I right? In high school I dated a German girl who used to curse at me in French when I upset her. I'd never been so attracted to and afraid of anyone at the same time as when I was being yelled at in German accented French.

Combing through the intros I've noticed that there are a lot of members close to me in Georgia. I should add that I spend about half of the year in Atlanta and the other half in and around East Alabama (from Auburn down to Dothan).
