The Ogilvie referred to is the sett that is similar to Drummond of Strathallan and it's the number of colour changes in a half repreat that make it 'the most complex of tartans'. There are various settings but one of which has 93 colour changes before the repeat which is why the tartan is allso known as the Weaver's Nightmare.
