Right! Over the years, I have ordered several full-mask sporrans from Kate Macpherson in Scotland and have never paid any sort of tariff, "prohibitive," or customs fees for them. Then again, she always wrote a much lower amount on the customs (declaration) form just to be sure I didn't get slammed with a customs bill later down the road! Shhhhhh, it's our little secret....

Mmm, I just repeated what was explained to me - it seemed logical so I felt confident in relaying to the rabble - not sure I got the terminology correct, this transaction took place last August, but the implication was to that effect. Thanks for the correction!
