Well a good hour and half of work and my car is ready to roll again. This sort of work is very invigorating and enjoyable, I know Im a sick human being to think it's fun to shovel snow. We had a good 4+ inches and it was drifted up a bit against my car. I also dug out the snow into the street so I and get easily into and out of my drive. Most important I moved all that snow so when the snow plows do come they dont just push it back into my drive.

Yep still kilted with my wellies on. These are really just farm gum boots but they work well.

I didn't have to go to an amusement park for this kind of fun.

Street cleaned and sidewalk shoveled out for the postal person.

Drive cleaned for my trusty Subaru. You can see a fairly tall pile on both sides of the drive. I got an honest workout this afternoon.

Had to dig out on the side of my house where the birds get fed on the ground. They do appreciate being able to get to the food and not have to find it in the snow.

Well Ill change to my running gear and get a little bit of a snow run in now. This is the best time to run because the traffic will be minimal. The streets will be quiet and the snow has yet to melt and refreeze thus becoming an ankle biter to run in. Every one stay safe in this weather and find ways to enjoy. My evening will be at the sewing machine finishing up on my Inverness cape.
