Bren, from what I'm reading, they're taking Asian designers and putting them with Scottish designers to see what they can come up with together using tartans and Scottish Fashion. Here's a link that explains what they are doing better : http://www.fromscotlandwithlove.net/2013-eventinfo.php

According to the brochure, because the UK, Europe and the USA are are still stuggling, they want the Asian economy to become more aware of the design and manufacturing resources offered outside of Asia. Basically they want Asia to buy more from outside the Asia zone, thus the reason for the more inclusive name
