I'm sure most of us would agree that he certainly knows how to wear a kilt. With this in mind, here are my photos, please feel free to add yours as well.

Very Interesting.... It seems that HRH Prince Charles wears his kilt pin quite high, or at least higher than I learned to wear mine. I think I might try this.... maybe

I rather like it worn high like that (Possibly to help prevent from snagging on something, I wonder?). This is how I wear my silver 'blanket style' kilt pin, well, I should say when I do decide to actually wear a kilt pin! I seldom wear them any more.

    Cheers,

Wil, there are a number of people on this forum that wear their kilt pin mid thigh level. In fact, I quite often wear two (one above the other) in the thigh area.

Does HRH's waistbelt have studding ? It appears that the one he wears with his Balmoral doublet seems to have a significant studding pattern along the length. Does anyone have a better photo of it than the cover shot on the magazine?

It appears that there are indeed silver studs on HRH's belt, but it's hard to tell for sure. I see what you are talking about. I am most keen too, so hopefully someone has a better photo.

No, there is no "studding". Double-holes may show up as studding on your monitor but are just that: double-holes for the double prongs on the belt. The single stud you see on his left side connects his waist belt and his sword belt.

Actually the belt is studded, at least it is if it's the same one he wore for the Architectural Digest shoot.

And if you look at the pic above with the Duchess you can see the other side of the belt and there are studs. I can see the pattern when enlarged clearly and it resembles no belt prong hole layout I've ever seen!
