Even with everyone going in together, I think it was too small of order to go for pv, but I could be mistaken.

    Hey gang,
you might have noticed my web-absence lately (or maybe not). I've been neck deep in a few projects that aren't quite ready for prime time, but rest assured, I still drop in to read stuff.

Last time we ordered 129.5m double width in Dalgliesh's 15oz wool (custom dyed).

If we can get a pile of interest similar to last time I think we can probably get Marton Mills or Dalgliesh to do it again, although we need to figure out the Wool vs PV issue first.

In the next 3 weeks I'll be getting a post & poll together to figure out the what & when of another run, although be warned, it's not likely to look like last time, even if we DO get Dalgliesh to do it.
Custom dyes are not a science, but more of an art.

May we all be eaten first.

Hah, I'm still waiting for my cloth to be made into a kilt!...gotta check up on that.

I still have 6-7 yards of it, IIRC, so if we need a sample for comparison, I'll donate some.

Would this be in single width or double? And I'd be interested in wool as well....but if the masses decide on pv....I'd still be up for it.

There was a thread about a weathered version of the Cthulhu tartan, but I can't find it. I'd love for some progress on that. (I've actually thought about taking charge of the project).

Does anyone have the link to the thread?
