Jonathan, If you want your Flickr photo to be visible here you need to click the Share button and then Grab the HTML/BBCode which you cut and paste to your xmarks post.
No problem though, I clicked on your link and it took me straight to the photo on your Flickr page where I favourited it just to prove I had been there!!

OK, Alex, here goes (BTW, on other boards I've known we all know the regulars real names, but it is considered improper to use them on the board. I get the impression that is not the convention here. If so, I'll edit out your name...)

No. I still got the message "Invalid file". This is what I wanted to display here:

Hi again Jonathan ... There is a very stong possibility our folk rock band will be playing at The Half Moon, Putney in the near future. Could be a place to meet up maybe ...
Re the Welsh Cilts ... they are a relatively new idea ... but a great one .. they are certainly popular around these parts for weddings/rugby/football and youngsters going clubbing on fri n sat nights.

Does anyone know Kilts4All, makers of made to measure kilts in London http://www.kilts4all.com/our-showroom.html ?

Their English kilt looks a bit off, to my mind.
I certainly agree about the so-called English kilt. There is a nice red white and blue tartan called St. George's tartan, although heaven knows where you can get it. Failing that, there are a couple of tartans for London, one predominantly red and one predominantly dark blue. ScotWeb carry the London 1981 tartan, which is the blue one, FWIW. It certainly would look nicer than wearing a giant English flag of St. George, LOL!
