I think you raise a good point, Todd.
Why are blazers and therefore blazer badges, not worn with the kilt? There must be umpteen societies, associations and clubs in Scotland which, if they were down south, would wear blazers. And then if one adds in Remembrance Sunday and memorial events and funerals, there would certainly be a need. Strange.

Strange? Well not really. The tweed argyll with the kilt and regimental/club/association tie, black drop down tie for funerals, covers those situations.
