Kilted at Cincinnati's St Patrick's Day Parade, 3/16/13.
No pics. But trust me, It happened! Had a great time with the family. My wife and our 3 kids. Lots of good looks for the kilt. Lots of proud nods.
Saw a guy in a Utilikilt and the only thing I could say was "that's one expensive kilt, sir."

We didn't attend this year, but have in the past. Lunch and a few drams and pints at Nicholson's, were always on order too.
Cheers,

Sounds like you had a wonderful time. An event like that is a great opportunity to wear your kilt out.
Our youngest daughter and her family live in Dublin, OH and my wife and I are planning to visit them in August during the Dublin Irish Festival. We have already discussed taking them (with our two little red headed granddaughters) to it and I've already talked my son-in-law into wearing my Saffron AmeriKilt (too big for me now). Our son-in-law is of Irish decent (McNally) so that kilt will be perfect for him. The wife and I, being of Scottish decent, will be dressed in our clan tartans.
I know it's an Irish based event but, if any other X Marker's are planing to attend it, perhaps we can meet up.
