Hello Lynn(?), and welcome to X Marks from Delmarva (Lower, slower Delaware). Buffalo is a great town (been there a few times) and we used to go skiing every year at Holliday Valley in Ellicotville.
Looks like you're jumping into kilt making with both feet. Good luck with that endeavor. I know you will find a lot of guidance from many of the members on this forum.
