    Grey Kilt, first tartan material.

While this is not your traditional tartan material, I found a grey on grey tartan. I pleated to the stripe. It is hard to see in the pictures, but let me know what the rabble thinks.

Sorry mate, I couldn't see any stripe at all. There is plenty of good light in the two shots, but your photographer needs to sit down and have the camera at about your waist/hip level to show more kilt in proportion to the T-shirt. And then, if your camera has zoom on it, get your photographer positioned as far back from you as possible, then zoom in on you so that you fill the screen. You get a more natural looking image that way. But please also show us a picture zoomed in on the kilt alone so that we older farts have a more reasonable chance of seeing the reported stripe. Good luck.

Yeah, the stripe blends in well. I figured it would be a little forgiving for my first attempt. I have something in with more contrast in mind for the next attempt.

    Bearded man

I believe you have made a rookie mistake and pleated to the sett.

    Sett vs Stripe

Yeah, I guess that you could say that. The sett is very small on this so it does look like it is to the sett a bit.
