they probably looked at the amazon 'marketplace' pricing and saw one for that price (which should tell you all you need to know about the amazon 'marketplace' and some of it's 3rd party vendors).
There was a thread a few weeks ago about someone reselling Barb's book for ~$130-150, which is a bit silly, since it can be bought new for $35.

Perhaps it is a first printing, hand-sewn one and not one of those machine stitched things from Pakistan.
