A fiesta in San Antonio is a good excuse to wear a kilt, right?

Lots of crazy stuff goes on during Fiesta, and people dress all kinds of ways. They have tried to make it a multi-cultural celebration, but in all honesty, it is still very much an Hispanic celebration where traditional Mexican music is played and that particular culture is dominantly displayed.

That said, I probably wouldn't wear a kilt to any of the downtown Fiesta happenings. Just doesn't seem like the right venue for it. But I'm sure it would be just fine for you.

I've done it before, like Tobus said they claim its a 'multi-cultural' celebration so anything goes

I have worn my kilts on Cinco de Mayo and no one has ever said anything derogatory to me.

Well. Trip to San Antonio has been canceled. But I think it's going to be cloudy this weekend. So that's a good excuse to wear a kilt, right?

Kilts in SanAn? Always! Just watch your step so you don't fall in the river.
