I have heard about this particular brew already! It is on my agenda...

Thank you for the welcome! That is a good idea. I have worn it around the house a bit, but I have a friend who has a kilt and we have threatened to go out to the pub together. I will have to try to do so in the next few weeks.

Greetings, cck! Good to see other folks from Austin on the forums. I am definitely keeping an eye out for local opportunities to wear the kilt, but feel free to drop me a PM if you want to meet me and my friend for a beverage or two sometime.

Welcome from another Austin resident, good to have you aboard. There seems to be more and more of us.

You are right! Several new members have appeared lately - don't know where they are - I never see a kilt in town. We need something to draw everyone out.

Hello Scott,
Welcome to XMarks from the other side of the Atlantic in Norfolk, England.
When in Edinburgh, walk the length of the Royal mile in your kilt; check out the toffee shops, look for Geoffrey (Tailor) at the top near castle.
Regards
Chas
