My father, brother, 3 uncles and I had all we wanted to drink from the tree that night, no one got drunk, and we all took a few bottles home.

But, are there any bottles remaining, today? Did any of you save some for souvenirs? I probably would have saved one of each kind, ... until I got real thirsty.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

My dad, my brother and I still have several bottles left over, and I'm not above refilling them. The MacAllan 12 year bottles have real corks btw. They fit perfectly in pockets or a sporran. We are planning to save them for a good game of golf.

I haven't seen those small bottles for sale, but then again, I haven't looked for them. If they are unavailable, then it probably has something to do with our state liquor laws.

If you and your dad and brothers are golfers, you might enjoy the book "A Nasty Bit of Rough" by David Feherty. It is hilarious, and fun to read with a dram of malt on the side.
