Everything Old Is New Again - In Brass
As most of the rabble probably know by now, I've got something of an interest in historic sporrans.
I've just completed a project that was inspired by two fairly well known Royal sporrans.
The cantle is inspired by the one worn by Henry of Battenburg
While the lower bag takes it's primary configuration from that previously owned by the Duke of Gloucester, currently owned by HRH Prince Charles,
with metal ball-bells on braided tassels and a pinking and brogued front edge.
This sporran has a 'benchmate' ordered by the same commissioner as well,
One for more casual days, one for dressier days.
As always constructive commentary and critique is most welcome

Scott,
I want the one with the cantle!!! I can't stop looking at it and knowing me, I'll probably dream about it tonight. There it will be, gracefully floating over my head whilst I'm sound asleep.
Well done my friend, well done.
Yours aye,
