My first full day outing in a kilt!!!

Welcome aboard from an Englishman who is now on day 12 of continuously wearing a kilt. The response has been very very positive with only one, you are not scottish (although I have Celtic ancestory) you shouldn't wear a kilt, should I have educated him in the origins of the modern kilt, no I think he was too stupid to understand, so I used the you're wearing jeans, are you a cowboy? Retort, he then went missing from the bar for more than 20 minutes, obviously trying to find an answer.
Out and about I noticed my son getting more glances for his Mohawk than me in a kilt. Ah acceptance..
