    Engaged in the shop!

    This was a first! When 2 of our customers were looking for tartans for their kilts, Brad suggested to his girlfriend Heidi that she wear his tartan. Feeling slightly uncomfortable with the idea, Heidi remarked that she would wear his tartan after they got married. Brad got down on one knee right there and proposed and they were engaged in our shop!

    I guess that's ONE way to get your girlfriend to wear your tartan.

    That's fantastic. If one were to suggest tartans could be romantic in the loving way I would not have guessed that way. Great.
