    Can't edit in Google Chrome

I'm having a frustrating problem with Google Chrome and this forum. If I go to post a Quick Reply, I can enter nothing in the message box. If I select the more advanced reply, I can enter a title, but again nothing in the message box. If I try to initiate a thread, I encounter the same problem. I have tried all three editor settings in the General Settings screen. I have also disabled, one by one, all the plugins, to no avail. However, every once in a while, when I launch Chrome, it all works for no apparent reason. Chrome works with no problem in other forums (e.g. Bob Dunsire Forums, Pipe Band Forum).

I'm running Windows 7 and Google Chrome Version 27.0.1453.94 m. Firefox works fine with XMarks, but has other peculiarities that make me prefer Chrome.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, or can suggest a solution?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I'm not having trouble with Chrome on either Win7 or Vista, 27.0.1453.94 m on both.

Thanks for the replies. I have managed to resolve the problem by uninstalling Chrome and re-installing it. Still don't have a clue what caused the problem, but editing is now working.
