They are both generally correct, though I would say the Duke has got better attention to detail than the Brigadier re: kilt bottom height (more knee!), use of a sporran strap (instead of a chain that causes wear and tear on the kilt), and no belt with a waistcoat (cleaner look, no bulge or misalignment, etc).
Which one do you like better?
