Can you please tell me sir, what computer operating system are you using. What type of connection you have to the internet and what browser you are using.
These will help me to offer advice.

Roddy, You must either have internet provider problems or problems with your computer. I've been using the XMarks forum (from the South of France) using Windows 8 and IE10 with no problems whatsoever. I don't believe that the problem is from the XMarks end (if it was, we would all have the same problems). Are you having the same problems on other forums, or only on XMarks?
