Advice needed on Roy Rob Film tartan Feileadh mor

I got a 5-yd Rob Roy Great Kilt from CC and am quite happy with it. The wool is a nice smooth wool, not like the "Braveheart's" more rustic weave. Be sure to tell them it is for a kilt,and let them "fringe" the cut edges, this will keep the cloth from unraveling or fraying.
I plan on having mine pleated by a friend at the MD Renn Fair and then sewing loops in it for a cord to go through and not having to worry about having to pleat it by hand each and every time I want to wear it. I am ever so grateful to Matt for posting the article on his website about the drawstring method.

) and I don't have to hand pleat.

Thanks Brian I think Celtic Croft is where I will go. Unfortunately I won't be able to get it by Sept's Longs Peak Scottish-Irish Highland Festival here in Estes Park CO. Maybe next year.

Just so I have the dimensions right in case I end up wanting to go the down the same road, a belted plaid is essentially four yards (for an average person) of 54" wide fabric? The Giftshop for the Scottish Tartan Museum also sells quality fabric by the yard, probably more pricey but that's another place I was looking at.
