Log book is good. Also, record specific things about your practices, so that when things that were great suddenly go in the pooper....like you start throwing O stone 3 feet less than you were, two Games ago, you can look back and see where you messed up.

Not that I've ever done that, of course.

Of course! I'm sure throwing is like raising a kid, right? It just keeps getting easier and easier until you can just coast...right?

Awesome! Well done! Keep at it. It's just a matter of time before your wife and kids pick up weights too...Mine did. The throwing community is an awesome wholesome family-oriented group. And as I'm sure you experienced, you are your biggest critic/competition; the other athletes on the field are friendly, and gladly volunteer tips to help make you better.
