Thanks for the info Alan. I get challenged by watching multiple activities on the field at one time, and the less than perfect acoustics up in the grandstands. I ended up getting the general information that a record was at stake but wasn't clear what record. We too were impressed, as we frequently are, with the comraderie amongst the Highland athlete competitors, it's good to see and should be modeled in more sports!
She went and got her nails did beforre Pleasanton - purple. Note the purple hose and purple athletic shoes. What you can't see is her yellow gloves, held on with black and purple duct tape!
