Actually, other than the Seaforth Highlander badge, which is a MacKenzie regiment, they are all Clan MacKenzie crests for USA, Canada and the Uk. The one that looks like a Black Watch is the eight pointed Star of Scotland, not the Black Watch.

Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

And the Black Watch sporran.
The badge on the baldric appears to be identical to the badge used by The Black Watch, the star with St Andrew in the middle, exactly so. I'm not sure what would make it not the badge used by The Black Watch... if missing the scrolls, the cap badges used by The Black Watch used to likewise not have the scrolls. In any case it is identical in form to the badge as it appears on the baldric of the Drum Major of The Black Watch... did the Drum Major of The Seaforth Highlanders ever wear such? I might have to check that out.
Of course the baldric itself, being dark (perhaps dark blue?) would indicate a Royal regiment.
The baldrics worn by the Seaforth Highlanders were buff, and bore the badge of the Seaforth Highlanders. I found many photos, both from Scotland and Canada, many unclear, but most evidently showing a baldric like this
