    What an unpleasant person! Appalling though this behaviour is, I'm inclined to agree that her issue is her self opinionated persona rather than her ethnic origin.

    We have to be careful we don't pull out the tar-brush every time someone from a different section of society offends us. Some people are just not nice by nature but the problem lies with the individual not with the group they're from.

    I'd have been inclined to pull her up on her attitude... or ask her to leave... or both.
