2013 Salado, Texas games November 8-10

I am staying at the Stagecoach too and i am doing to deal after the calling of the clans too

Of course I will be there. Will be there for the calling Friday and the dinner afterwards.
I haven't made reservations anywhere, so I might just drive each day like I usually do.

I will definitely be there - exactly what times/days - a bit uncertain at this time. An office meeting has been scheduled for Sunday morning, so that time will be out. Last year I went to the Calling of the Clans, and it was brief. Since I have an hour's drive I may forgo that event. Saturday looks like the best day for me and perhaps Sunday afternoon if things look exciting.

This is a busy time of year in Texas. It looks like Salado is gathering some participants. The weekend before (Nov. 2 and 3) is the Austin Celtic Festival and the Texas Renaissance Festival is having a "Highland Fling" weekend Nov. 23 and 24. At this point I am planning to make all 3 events.

Did i miss it or have we not yet set up a tentative time/place for a photo. I would offer the Cameron tent, but it may be an empty space unless I can get the clan stuff in my hands by next weekend (and it doesn't look good, our former branch president dropped off the face of the earth with about 90% of the clan stuff). I will be there most of Saturday after 10ish (attending the opening of the Longhorn Council Boy Scout Highland games at the local camp about 5 miles north off I-35) and Sunday after church as well so feel free to ask me to sit and visit.

I wish we knew the layout better, last year was my fist time hosting a tent and fist time to Salado.

I am picking my our banner from David this afternoon so I will have everything I need so I will be there thursday evening.

if we dont get anythign decided here you can stop by the Clan Lamont tent and we can see where we stand.

Saturday noon time frame has worked at the Arlington games but I am not sure about the activites for that time at Salado yet. Has anyone else got a schedule?
