Errr, that is not a picture of The Earl of Caithness, Malcolm Sinclair, Chief of Clan Sinclair(I went to college with him!) and if it was, he would be wearing three feathers.

It's Mel Sinclair. He's a leader in the US Branch of their Clan Association.

Thanks for the link, David. I was rather curious, since you do not see many clan chieftains wearing their tall feathers out and about all that often. We are fortunate to have two clan chieftains (Glentruim and Pitmain) in the Clan Macpherson.
