Heh. My pic above is with a USAK 5-yard wool kilt.

And that's just what's on order. This will be my third 5-yarder. The darned things are addictive.

I took a dear 91 year old friend for an appt. with her (and my) banker this morning. She always likes my kilts so I decided to wear my Maple Leaf tartan kilt. I also wore my "Jock" hat. When we got to the bank most of the staff including the banker were in blue jeans. They had a fund raiser going on which for $2 each Friday, they could wear jeans. Here is a shot with and without my drover coat.

Glen, I can't tell from the photo. Does your sporran open at the top, or is that a flap that covers the front?
Btw, good to see you post here again.

Very smart Liam, your friend must have felt very special, well done, sir.
Very seasonal pictures, too, I still can't get my mind around Christmas in the summer!
Regards, Sav.

She is a very special friend - our children's "adopted Grandmother.
It is definitely winter in most parts of Canada!
