The Quaich in Tucson

The start of November saw the revered vessel in Tucson AZ for the Celtic Festival there. It helped my wife and I paint a labyrinth on the ground for the event (you can sort-of see it behind us)
We had a great time chatting with our Phoenix Friends Steve and Monica Horner . The Quaich made a splash at the whiskey tasting tent where world-renowned whisky connoisseur Ray Pearson sampled its excellent tasting qualities Richard and Jude McKenzie, who organize the Flagstaff Celtic Festival each year for the Northern Arizona Celtic Heritage Society also enjoyed whisky in the Quaich Ron and Nancy McPherson are also members of NACHS who came down for the Tucson Festival. Our friends proved that whisky in the Quaich is good to the very last drop!The X Marks bowl enjoyed the Saturday night fire-dancer performance that celebrated Samhain Hey, look at this--a vendor had an X Marks tile at her tent!
