Just a thought - small, medium and large is very subjective. It all depends on what a person is used to.

Would it not be better to make a guess at the actual numbers attending and then you can assign a ranking to each games afterwards.

Organisers or local papers often report how many attended and on which days.

in the Northeast USA we are lucky to have numerous games within a days drive. They range from approx. 4000 (Scotland, Ct) to (45,000) New Hampshire. I don't have actual numbers and for the smaller games weather plays greatly on their attendance. The other games in the area are Capital District and Long Island (NY), Maine, RI, Glasgow lands (MA), Queechie (VT), Round Hill (CT). These games range between 5- 8000 attendance except Capital District which is around 15-20000. These keep the Clans busy all summer.

    In Georgia we have
the Stone Mountain Games - Large I would say the biggest in the South East USA
then the Savannah highland games -medium - but very nice well worth a visit
then the Blairsville highland games - medium- nicest game in the SE
Then the Ringgold games - super small - backyard game
then over in North Alabama games - Medium - very nice event
In NC there is Grandfather games - LARGE BUT GOING DOWN HILL FAST- not worth the trip.
    hope this helps

The Central Florida Scottish Highland games website reports they had over 15,000 visitors last year. It's definitely grown over the years - it was only a one day affair when I started going. This January will be my first time attending kilted! Looks like a lot of good bands this year but I miss Enter The Haggis. Don't know why they stopped coming.
