Beautiful Scott, a half hex or octagonal cantle has definitely got on my wish list, however having just booked a return trip to Alberta, I am going to have to wait for next years bonus. Still that will give me loads of time to think of how I would like the bag.

Scott, your work is outstanding and worth every penny, I'm sure. I don't own one of your sporrans but they are stellar!

I also recommend Thomas Hays, A_Hay! Custom Sporrans. Top notch. I'm sure he will chime in here. I have one from Tom and it is fabulous. I wonder if he makes Horsie Sporrans...

I do have the more broadly accepted seal skin sporran for formal wear, but when dancing is involved, I have much more fun wearing a horse hair sporran.

Is this the Wallace clan? Quite impressive looking. Do you know where was this photo taken?

Yes. These are the men of Wallace at the annual Lonach Gathering. The Forbes men can be seen marching behind them in the background. Such a wonderful gathering and games, with The Big Yin usually in attendance. I highly recommend the visit!

Speaking of the Big Yin...it seems that more and more celebrities are wearing the kilt, even if only occasionally.
