Of course, it didn't hurt that I was wearing a black (with grey pinstripes) Utilikilt, as opposed to a traditional Tartan kilt.
No doubt the other bikers will start wearing theres now, i just seen it on there website its a smart looking kilt, can you get a waistcoat with it?

The first time I wore a kilt was the same day that my first kilt arrived. It was a beautiful summer day and I took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood. The neighbors all know my dogs name, Abby, but I was always just "the guy that walks Abby." Now I am "the guy in a kilt that walks Abby."
It has gotten to the point now that if I go to the pub no one comments if I am wearing the kilt but you should hear the uproar if I show up in those bifurcated things. Also was at my doctor office the other day and the nurse that takes your vitals before seeing the doctor said he didn't recognize me because I was wearing pants and not my kilt. I guess I wear the kilt more often than I realize. But, darn it, I like to be comfortable.

Fair play to you mate, you look really smart, if someone told me about purple and green i would of thought it would clash, but you pulled it off. Dont worry about people asking if you should be wearing it, for you its right, and its a good way to stand out in london. Have you wondered about your family tree or anything as you do have a scottish connection, or have you got in touch with clan ferguson and met up with them

Lol im the guy who walks Paddy (my labrador) but hopefully im one day regarded as the kilted man walking paddy. You are quite strong minded to get a kilt and wear it out straight away, same day. Comfort and style is the way to do things

They don't have any listed on their web site, but you might be able to call them and see if they can make one. Or have another company make one out of a similar material.
I have a nice suit jacket that would go great with the kilt, unfortunately, I am not going to chop up the jacket of a $600 suit to match my kilt....hehehehe

I have been wearing a kilt now since 2009, and at this point I pretty much wear one every day. I have friends that have never seen me wear pants.
playing 3.jpg1077683_10151726205897230_1915606586_o.jpg. Oh, I even wear mine to work now. So next year I will be wearing my kilt around the world.
