That is why I wear my kilt cooking five days a week. No matter what, I'm comfortable and I do not feel so worn out at the end of the day. Even with vent fans the heat in a kitchen can really suck.

Rob, I envy you! There is nothing worse than having sweaty 'nads all bunched up in a pair of uniform pants in a HOT kitchen!

Larry, my employer has been very cool concerning the kilt. I hear you on those uniform pants, no regard for a persons comfort. I know how uncomfortable they are having worn them at a previous job, and no matter what they tell you they just don't look that great, the whole corporate everybody is the same crap.
Now come winter I'm going to have to change into the kilt at work because the winter winds on top of the mountain are to severe and cold to wear a kilt, but until then, I'm comfortable!

We have some businesses that allow their employees to wear jeans on a certain day.
the last time I saw it I said it would be no good for me, I don't have any jeans.
