Should I wear it or no?

I am Scott I am new to Xmarks and i have a question. I try to wear my kilt with my clan tartan any chance that is appropriate, that being said, I will be graduating this Friday with a Associates in Specialized Technology and wondering if it would be appropriate to wear my kilt for the ceremony? they have no specific dress code for the event but i would like to know y'alls opinion.

 Re: your question
 Grizz is spot on.

In fact, I was taught "Anytime, any place, for any reason you'd normally wear a jacket, collared shirt and tie, then wear your kilt, too."

Now, there are unique cultural exceptions & debatable nuance to this rule, discussed ad nauseam on XMTS.
But, as general guidance, it holds true.
