Post it to your Gallery the in the message use the image link like this.

NOTE, I added a space at the beginning just before the [img] to keep it from showing the image so you could see the code below.



Put it in your gallery then click on the thumbnail, then right click on the full size image and select properties. Then highlight the URL of the image with your mouse. . then at the tool bar on top row of your browser select Edit and copy then return to your new message and put the URL between the [img] [/image] commands with no space after and before them Voila your in.
