I have one, purchased at the Tucson Celtic Festival. My wife loves it. I wear it fairly often when I'm more casually kilted. It is very warm and has worked well for me when I've had to go to the orthopedic surgeon (recently broke my ankle) wearing my kilt in 20F to 30F weather. I've received many compliments on my kilts and nearly as many on the vest.
