Don't worry Hawk it will happen with pics!
Ern....If we shut things done here for a snowfall of 1.5", we be shutdown much of the winter.... haha
Looking forward the Quaich's adventure... - A tavern sounds like a better venue to test drive it than a library anyway!

Quaich’s Debut at Park Lane
With our snowfall all 1 ½” inches of it on Tuesday, our library where our local Scottish Society meets had closed. The XMTS Quaich had arrived the day before and the Society meeting was to be her debut.
As fate would have it a little snow didn’t prevent some Society members to take advantage of having the evening to meet at Park Lane Tavern.
Park Lane at its predecessor The Pub at Fredericksburg has been a frequent place where I have shared photos of the Rabble on XMTS. It was appropriate then for Park Lane to be the place of debut of XMTS Quaich.
Photographed here is manager Mark and bar server Michelle a frequent face adorning many of my past photos. I explained to them the story of the XMTS Quaich and her journeys. As Park Lane was well know by the kilted community of X Marks the Scot dot com it was fitting for us to be here at PLT having the debut of the XMTS Quaich. Impressed, and pleased Mark donated the PLT bar towel to accompany our Quaich on her journeys!

Michelle set us up with several single malt flights for us to properly welcome our Quaich! A group photo of the assembly: Larry, Chuck, Linda, Sarah, Bob (XMTS – Glasgow), Ern (MC).
It was a great evening of fun, comradely and single malt tasting! A most successful debut of XMTS Quaich.
More to come!

Well done, Ern! Judging by the expression of those enjoying a wee nip from the quaich, it appears a grand time was had by all and it was put to good use! Hahaha!
Best wishes,
