First Attempt at the X Kilt

so this is the first attempt at making the X kilt.. a few issues nothing to major. But will work great for my next mud run. Will more than likely start another one in the next day or so.

Welcome to the group and congratulations on making your first. Each one becomes a learning experience and a reason to make another. There are a number of members on this forum that make kilts either professionally or just for themselves. Past posts are full of useful information on kilt making. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

looks great for a first attempt. I actually just made my first kilt but it was for my grandson and took about half an hour

Nice....just a suggestion...try wearing it a little bit higher, up a little above your hips instead of all the way down on your hips, or even below. Just my two cents.
