Pbutts, I just cracked open a pilsner I brewed this past fall, sat down and came across this post. Checked out your daughters blog. I enjoy her commentary/insight and I look forward to exploring the blog some more. We have a good micro-brewery scene here in Austin and it is nice reading what is going on in other parts of the country.
