    Mexico - 2014

My wife and I took another "kilted" vacation to Mexico - this time in the states of Oaxaca and Chiapas. Great time. Here is a sample of the almost 900 pictures I took. (What did we ever do before digital cameras)

    Lovely Senorita

My bride and I at Zapotec archeological site of Monte Alban

    Fresh chicken anyone?

    How about some beans?

    Another pretty Senorita

2 Senoras with beautiful waterfall in back.

My lovely Senora again in St. Cristobal de las Casas in Chiapas

Picture with the entertainers at dinner.

    Mayan archeologic site of Tonina

3 Canadian climbers near the top

Excellent pics, looks like a superb adventure.
Mexico would be a bit warmer than Calgary at this time of year!

I like the smart, kilted casual outfits. Looks like you and your lovely wife had a great vacation. Thanks for the wonderful pictures. And I really like the Mayan ruins.

Alex --- the weather in St. Cristobal was much like Calgary's summers - mid 20 deg C during the day and lows of 6-10 in the evening.

It was a nice break for the weather we returned to - minus 26 deg. C yesterday.

Bill: Great pictures! Thanks for posting. With you being surrounded by all that "belleza" you may be pushing into Zardoz territory.

Caledonia tartan seems right at home in Mexico.

Great bunch of photos. I've only been to Mexico once but I enjoyed it although most of my time was working.
