Okay... That was a BALL you guys!!!!! 8)
Glad we met, and (from what I could remember) finally had one hill of a time! That "Octoberfest" beer went over REAL well in September! I was always told not to mix my drinks. Nobody EVER said anything about mixing my months!
Everyone in Barleyjuice was happy to meet you. Next time, you'll need to get up on stage and sing along. Get those CDs memorized!

We had a great time too and we really enjoyed the music!I am listening to your CD right now as a matter of fact.I think I will just listen to your tunes though instead of the singing on stage.I thought about the singing(they still linch people don't they ) but then I woke up.I'm sorry I couldn't hang out and talk for a while but we were under some time restraints as my wife had gotten little sleep and had to work tonight. My wife says thanks for the beer jim and she really enjoyed talking to your wife Joal.Joul your kilt looked sharp and you looked like you had been wearing one forever.(very relaxed,I wouldn't have guessed it was your first time kilted).I hope Rocky can get some more of the Barleyjuice tartan. If he gets some I will order one.Dano I enjoyed meeting you next time I'll have a few pints less and talk some more.I liked the design of that other sporran you showed me.
It was really good to meet you guys face to face. I will try to put the pics that were taken on tomarrow.

It's Monday morn and I'm back in the 21st century. It was great meeting you all! Did any of you get to the Clans of Scotland booth?
Fly, sorry you had to show the sheep to your lady before he was modified. Mine has recieved much more love as a sporran than he ever would have as a toy (even got a ring from Mary Queen of Scots at the PA faire). Now I have to clean him up and bejewel him for Pirate Weekend. ARRRRRR!
Dave, looking forward to seeing the pics. Don't feel bad- you weren't the only tipsy Scot at faire by several thousand.

Took me a while to recover from Faire to be able to post this.
We had a great time. Dan, I'm going to try to smuggle the sheep out of the house at some point once my wallet has recovered from my recent purchases.
And Jimmy and Dave, what a pleasure meeting you gents. And it was great to finally hear Barleyjuice live. As far as jumping in with the band next time, 's probably not a good idea as I'm prone to spontaneous creative "rewriting" of song lyrics once I've been drinking.

Jimmy,
Maybe you could pass out song sheets to the audience?

I had to re-read that... as I'm MORE than willing to pass-out in the audience. Then I read it the right way.
Casey, our stuff is primarily traditonal, and known by the majority of the crowds. We just "kick it up a notch". In fact, we're often called the "Rolling Pogues". The other stuff we do is interactive... and we're happy to prompt the folks. For the most part, our crowds are "happy" with the juice of the barley, and will just sing whatever they please anyway!
