I would be tempted to say that a Robertson Coat of Arms does not exist, as coats of arms are granted to individuals and not clans/families.

If you bought these souvenirs with something that is supposed to be a Robertson Coat of Arms, it is probably fake.

No, provided you did not take up residence in Scotland, or enter into a trade where you displayed your arms. If you live in Scotland then you must register your arms with the Lord Lyon. If you are a visitor, then no such registration is required.
