As is traditional at my church, we have a processional parade with the congregation who are able on Palm Sunday. This year the weather was nice and we were able to march outside. We are given palm fronds and we march from the Fellowship Hall, around the building and into the sanctuary. Here I am before the march with our acolytie: We had a couple of lambs this year for the parade and the lesson. I think the pipes scared the pee out of this one: A nice sunny morning for our procession--not always a given in our climate: It's easy to play marches on a nice morning at the beginning of Holy Week. Looks like a great day for outdoor piping. I'll bet the parishioners loved to hear the those pipes. Thanks for posting the pics and happy Easter!
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
