Great shots. It is great to see how a Kilt can adapt to any situation and place yet still be an ideal wardrobe selection.

By the way your kids are getting taller with every picture I see of them, how old are they now?

GREAT pics! A buddy of mine, Gordon Lindsay, from several Highland Games here in Texas, retired and moved to Hawaii a couple of years ago, and continues to find occasions to wear his kilt.

Great to see you and the family healthy and happy. Love the aloha shirts with the kilts, nice choices in colors and patterns! If one can pair a tattersall shirt and windowpane tweed with tartan, why not a nice tropical leaf print?

Best part about kilts in Hawaii for tourists is COMFORT on the flight over and back... Aloha prints and tartans...to the edge of the envelope and beyond....gotta love it!

    Glen,

Believe it or not little "Xena" is 11 and going into Middle School next year and "Sinbad" is 13 and going into High School!

I'm glad you and the family had a great vacation, Jamie. Hawai'i is such a beautiful place. Thanks for posting the pictures.

    David,

You said it! Two days after our return we were talking about how we couldn't wait to go back.

I guess something about the islands just sticks with you when you return home...

Thanks for the photos and the trip down memory lane. A year ago (Feb 2013), the wife and I were where you were and I was kilted the entire time for 2-weeks.
