About the sleeves, many here will disagree with me, but I prefer having the sleeves longer than people wear with a 'Saxon' jacket. 'Saxon' sleeves are often way up at the wrist, while in old photos of men in Highland Dress it's very common for the sleeves to come halfway between the wrist and the knuckles, and that's where I prefer them. In the Army the sleeves can oftentimes be seen even longer.
That extra sleeve length comes in handy, too, when piping. Keeps the fabric at the wrist and not climbing toward the elbow!

I haven't ordered a jacket from them , however , a couple of months ago I ordered an ex-hire kilt from T4Less .
I don't normally do that sort of thing , especially with kilts , but the price looked good so I gave it shot . First time I've went down that road .
They advertised an 8 yd , medium weight wool , ex-hire kilt in Isle of Skye tartan on Ebay .
What I got was a 5 yd , light weight wool , ex-hire kilt in a tartan that looked similar to Isle of Skye .... but it wasn't true Isle of Skye . The sett size was wrong based on the various sett sizes that exist and the sett itself was incorrect ..... stripes missing , stripes in the wrong place , etc . It was " kind of sort of Isle of Skye " but not Isle of Skye . The pic they show in their ebay post is not what one gets in the actual kilt .
I do accept part of the blame here , as I had reservations but I ordered it anyway . Lesson learned .
On the positive side , I informed them of the above issues and they accepted a return with a full refund .
On the down side , I explained to them they may want change their description about this item , if not about the tartan at least about the yardage ..... it's pretty obvious about an 8 yd advertised versus a 5 yd " in hand " . However , they are still advertising them as 8 yd .
They are probably okay on some items , but I will humbly refrain from another transaction .
