    Those hose look great, and so does your entire outfit. What kind of jacket is that? I recognize the epaulettes and the cuffs, but that's about it. Is it a military style? Thanks for posting.

    That is (if I'm not mistaken) a Military (Mess Dress) jacket. I always like Mess Dress.

    Yes, a military mess jacket and matching tartan vest from Burnett's and Struth, Strathmore 8 yd heavy kilt, badger sporran, dirk, diced hose from USA kilts and ghillie brogues. That's about as formal as I am willing to go at this point. And thanks for the compliments.

    I will join the others and say the entire outfit is wonderful. I have a pair of custom diced hose that I ordered from The Scottish Tartan Museum, I believe they are from the same supplier, however I may be wrong. Are they an extravagance? Certainly, however they really do bring your outfit to the next level.

    I agree wholeheartedly. Custom diced hose ARE extravagant, and they are totally worth it.
