A weekend at the antique fair...

This weekend I have a table selling stuff at our big semi-annual Antiques show & sale. It's my first time selling there, and I've been kilted the past two days, and will be again tomorrow. Lots of positive comments, a few wolf-whistles from some ladies, all in all a good experience. I was hoping it would help my sales, but it's been very slow. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
Here's a bad pic from today.

What's that on the chair? It looks like it could be a green kilt with a really long rise.

Well done Al G, nice to see a man "putting his money where his mouth is" so to speak.

I know something of the committment when you associate your business with kilting.

Is that an RKilts Rob Roy sporran you're wearing there?

The kilt on the chair is the Buzz Kidder canvas kilt I have listed in the "for sale" section. Lots of people looking at it, but so far no buyer.

Graham...I'm not sure who actually made the sporran, but I picked it up from a vendor at the Calgary Highland games earlier this month. It was incredibly inexpensive, but it looks and works just fine.
There's a better picture of it in my gallery.

This is probably the last time I'll be selling at one of these events. I spent most of last winter selling my collectibles at a local flea market, but there just wasn't enough money in it to make it worthwhile. Whatever doesn't sell today will most likely be put on eBay over the winter.
