Update. Got the bill from DHL, $103, based on a tariff of 7.3% on clothing. Basically took a month for the bill to show up.

Thanks for the update. 7.3% sounds like a bargain, though, of course, better yet would to have not received any bill at all. I had my fingers crossed for you.
